Refund Policy

1. General Policy

At Shortify, we strive to ensure our customers are satisfied with our services. However, due to the digital nature of our products, we generally do not offer refunds once a subscription has been purchased and the service has been accessed.

2. Exceptions

We may consider refunds in exceptional circumstances, such as:

  • Technical issues preventing access to the service that we are unable to resolve.
  • Accidental double charges.
  • Fraudulent transactions (subject to verification).

Refund requests for these reasons must be submitted within 7 days of the purchase date.

3. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Your access to premium features will continue until the end of your current billing period. Cancellation does not automatically trigger a refund for the unused portion of the subscription period.

4. Refund Process

To request a refund, please contact our support team at yahyazoom7@gmail.com with your order details and the reason for your request. We review each request on a case-by-case basis and will notify you of our decision within 5 business days.

If approved, refunds will be processed to the original method of payment. Please allow 5-10 business days for the credit to appear on your statement.
